Terms of service

These terms cover the LGH Innovations WhatsApp messaging service ("the service"), used by businesses to answer customer messages on WhatsApp.

Using the service

• The service is for authorised staff of the businesses we onboard. Logins are personal and must not be shared.
• You must follow WhatsApp's Business Terms and Commerce Policy, and may only message people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
• You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful or misleading content.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Message delivery depends on Meta's WhatsApp platform.
